COUNCIL OF MINISTERS REGULATION TO AMEND THE NATIONAL ALCOHOL AND LIQOUR FACTORY ESTABLISHMENT REGULATION
This Regulation is issued by the Council of Ministers pursuant to Article 5 and 30 (7) of Definition of Power and Duties of the Executive Organs of Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Proclamation No. 916/2015 (as amended) and Article 21, and 47 (1) (d) of Public Enterprises Proclamation No. 25/1992.
1. Short Title
This Regulation shall be cited as the " National Alcohol and Liquor Factory Establishment Council of Ministers (Amendment) Regulation No.415 / 2017 ”.
2. Amendment
The National Alcohol and Liquor Factory Establishment Council of Ministers Regulation No. 74/1992 is hereby amended as follows:
Article 5 of the Regulation is deleted and replaced by the following new Article 5:
