Short Title This Regulation may be cited as the “ ' Ethiopian Electric Power Corporation Establishment ( Amendment ) Regulation No.00 / 2003 ” 2. Amendment The Ethiopian Electric Power Corporation Establish ment Council of Ministers Regulation No. 18/1997 is amended as follows : Article 6 is herby deleted and replaced by the following new Articles 6 : “ 6 Capital The Authorized capital of the Corporation is Birr 12 Billion ( Birr Twelve billion ) of which Birr 8 Billion ( Birr Eight Billion ) is paid up in cash and in kind ” . Effective Date This Regulation shall come into force as of the date of its Done at Addis Ababa ; this 11th day of August 2003 .
