1. Issuing Authority
These regulations are issued by the National Bank of and 73 of the Monetary and Banking Proclamation No. 99/1976.

2. Short Title
These Regulations may be cited as the " International Year of the Child Commemorative Coins Regulations No. 70/1980. ”
3. Commemorative Issue
The Bank shall issue Commemorative Coins to comme morate the International Year of the Child and thereby assist to strengthen the financial standing of the UNICEF.
4. Design and Inscription
Coins issued in accordance with Article 3 of these regula tions shall bear the following designs and inscriptions.
