Short Title
This Regulation may be cited as the " Sugar Corporation Establishment Council of Ministers Regulation No. 192 / 2010.
Establishment
The Sugar Corporation (hereinafter the " Corporation ") is hereby established as a public enterprise.
The Corporation shall be governed by the Public Enterprises Proclamation No.
Supervising Authority
A body to be designated by the government shall be the supervising authority of the Corporation.
