Page 747 PROCLAMATION NO . 113 / 1998 A PROCLAMATION TO AUTHORIZE A SPECIAL TIME - LIMIT FOR BUSINESS LICENCE RENEWAL WHEREAS , it is found appropriate to authorize a special time - limit for the renewal of busniness licences during the 1990 Fiscal Year . NOW , THEREFORE , in accordance with Article 55 ( 1 ) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia , it is hereby proclaimed as follows : | 1 . Short Title This Proclamation may be cited as the " Authorization of a Speccial Time - limit for Business Licence Renewal Proclamation No . 113 / 1998 . ” Authorization of a Special Time - limit Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 25 of the Commercial Registration and Business Licensing Proclamation No . 67 / 1997 , a special time - limit for business licence renewal is hereby authorized . 3 . Scope of Application The special time - limit authorized under this Proclamation shall be applicable only in respect of business licence renewals for the 1990 Fiscal Year . Unit Price 2 . 30 www . Responsibility of the Council of Ministers The Council of Ministers shall , by issuing directives , determine : 1 ) the duration of the special time - limit authorized under this Proclamation ; 2 ) the particulars of execution of business licence renewal within the special time - limit ; and 3 ) other matters of relevance . 5 .
