These regulations are issued by the Council of Ministers pursuant to Article 4 (2) of the Definition of Powers and Duties of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers Proclama tion No. 2/1991 and Article 47 (1) (c) of the Public Enter prises Proclamation No. 25/1992.
1. Short Title
These Regulations may be cited as the " Dissolution of the Freight and Public Transport Corporations Council of Ministers Regulations No. 186/1994 ”.
