A PROCLAMATION TO APPROVE A LOAN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE IMPERIAL ETHIOPIAN GOVERNMENT AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF GERMANY

ELECT OF GOD, EMPEROR OF ETHIOPIA
WHEREAS, an Agreement between the Imperial Ethio pian Government and the Government of the Federal Re to the Imperial Ethiopian Government, of a Ioan up to the amount of DM 18,800,000 (Eighteen Million Eight Hundred Thousand German Marks) was signed at Addis Ababa on the 19th day of November, 1971; and
WHEREAS, said Agreement has been submitted to Our Chamber of Deputies and Senate for their approval, and obtained their approval ;
WHEREAS, We on this 5th day of June, 1972 have ratified said Agreement ;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the provisions
of Articles 30, 34, 88 and 119 of Our Constitution, We approve the resolutions of Our Chamber of Deputies and Senate and We hereby proclaim as follows:
