A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE AIR TRANSPORT SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE FEDERAL DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF ETHIOPIA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF BURKINAFASO WHEREAS , an Air Transport Services Agreement between the Federal Democratic ስምምነት | Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of ሪፐብሊክና Burkina Faso was signed in Addis Ababa , on WHEREAS , it is stipulated in the Agreement that the Agreement shall enter into agreement ; WHEREAS , the House of the People's Agreement at its session held on the 29th day of April , 2004 ” ; NOW , THEREFORE , in accordance with Republic of Ethiopia , it is hereby proclaimed as follows : Unit Price 2:30 The African Law Archive 1 Short Title This Proclamation may be cited as the “ Government of Burkina Faso Transport Services Agreement Ratification Proclamation No.399 / 2004 . ” 2. Ratification of the Agreement The Air Transport Services Agreement signed in Addis Ababa on the 14th day of October 2003 , between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Government of Burkina Faso , is hereby ratified . 3. Power of the Minister of Infrastructure The Minister of Infrastructure is hereby empowered to undertake all acts necessary for the implementation of the Agreement . 4.
