Page 860 \ : : : PROCLAMATION NO . 130 / 1998 A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE ETHIO - NORWAY DEVELOPMENT COOPERATON AGREEMENT WHEREAS , the development co - operation agreement Government of the Kingdom of Norway was signed in Addis Ababa , on the 30th day of March , 1998 ; WHEREAS , the agreement shall enter into force on the | latter date on which either party notifies the other that its Constitutional requirements have been complied with ; WHEREAS , the House of Peoples ' Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said instrument at its session held on the 10th day of November , NOW , THEREFORE , in accordance with Article 55 sub - Articles ( 1 ) and ( 12 ) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia , it is hereby proclaimed as follows : 1 .
