Short Title These . Regulations may be cited as the " Ethiopian Airlines Enterprise Establishment ( Amendment ) Regulations No. 81/2003 . 2. Amendment The Ethiopian Airlines Enterprise Establishment Council of Ministers Regulations No. 216/1995 are amended as follows : “ 7. Capital The authorized capital of the Enterprise is Birr 2,500,000,000 ( Two Billion , five Hundred Million ) of which Birr 1,401,121,825 ( One Billion , Four Hundred One Million , One Hundred Twenty One Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty Five ) is paid up in cash and in kind ” . 3. Effective Date . These Regulations shall come into force as of the date of their publication in the Federal Gazetta . Done at Addis Ababa , this 17th day of January , 2003 .
