BUILDING MATERIALS SUPPLY ENTERPRISE
These Regulations are issued by the Council of Ministers Pursuant to Article 4 (2) of the Definition of Powers and Duties of the Prime Minister and The Council of Ministers Proclamation No. 2/1991 and Article 47 (1) (a) of the
CONTENTS
Short Title
These Regulation may be cited as the " Building Mate rials Supply Enterprise Establishment Council of Ministers Regulations No. 164/1994. "
Establishment
Supply Enterprise (hereinafter the " Enterprise ") as a public enterprise.
The Enterprise shall be governed by the public Enterprises proclamation No. 25/1992.
Supervising Authority
A Body to be designated by the Government shall be the supervising authority of the Enterprise.
