URBAN LAND RENT AND URBAN HOUSES TAX AMENDMENT PROCLAMATION
In accordance with Article 5 (6) of the Redefinition of Powers and Responsibilities of the Provisional Military Admi No. 110/1977 it is hereby proclaimed as follows:

Short Title
This Proclamation may be cited as the " Urban Land Rent and Urban Houses Tax (Amendment) Proclamation No. 161/1979 ”.
Amendment
The Urban Land Rent and Urban Houses Tax Proclama tion No. 80/1976 is hereby amended as follows:
1 / Sub - article 1 of Article 6 is deleted and replaced by the following new sub - article 1:

" 1 / Rent shall be based on the grade of the land as indicated in the Schedule hereto. "
2 / Sub - article 1 of Article 19 is deleted and replaced by the following new sub - article 1:
" 1 / The Minister of Urban Development and Hous ing may issue regulations necessary for the better carrying out of this Proclamation. "
