Issuing Authority
These Regulations are issued by the Minister of Finance pursuant to authority vested in him by Article 3 of the Implementation of the Convention on Nomenclature for the Classification of Goods in Customs Tariffs Proclama tion No. 95/1976 and Article 5 (a) of the Customs and Export Duties Proclamation, 1943 (Proclamation No. 39 of 1943).
Short Title
These Regulations may be cited as the " Customs Tariffs (Amendment) Regulations No. 69/1979 ”.
Amendment
The Customs Tariff Classification System of Goods and Rates attached to Legal Notice No. 42 of 1976 as amended is further amended as follows:
The Duty rate “ 25% ” mentioned in C.C.C.N. Heading 87.11, Tariff Item No. 871100 is deleted and replaced by the word " Free ".
