WHEREAS , the House of Peoples ' Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified the said Agreement at its session held on the 24th day of June , 2003 . Article ( 1 ) and ( 12 ) of the Constitution , it is hereby proclaimed as follows : Short Title This Proclamation may be cited as the ' Ethio - Iran Trade Agreement Ratification Proclamation No. 347/2003 . ” ' Unit Price The African Law Archive - No. 67 24 June , 2003– Page 2225 2. Ratification of the Agreement The Ethio - Iran Trade Agreement signed in Tehran on the 21 " day of July , 2002 is hereby ratified . 3. Powers of Executive Organ The Ministry of Trade and Industry is hereby empowered to implement the Agreement . 4.
