1. Short Title
This Regulation may be cited as the " Ethiopian Youth Sports Academy Establishment Council of Ministers Regulation No. 249./2011 ".
2. Definitions
In this Regulation unless the context otherwise requires: established by Proclamation No. 692/2010 ;
" academic staff " means an employee engaged in teaching, training and / or research activities ;
