I. ISSUING AUTHORITY:

II. SHORT TITLE:
These Regulations may be eited as the " Livestock and Meat Board Export Permit Regulations, 1969 ”.
III. DEFINITIONS:
In these Regulations unless the context otherwise re quires, the words Board, by - product, fee, hide, live stock, meat, poultry, processor, skin and trader shall have the meaning as set forth in Article 2 of the Live stock and Meat Board Proclamation No. 212 of 1964.
IV. EXPORT- PERMIT:
No person shall export from Ethiopia any livestock, ` poultry, meat, eggs (in shell, liquid or dried), hides, skins or other by - products unless such person is in pos session of a valid Export Permit issued by the Livestock and Meat Board.
V. ISSUANCE OF EXPORT - PERMIT:
(1) Subject to sub - paragraph (3) hereunder the issue of every Export Permit under Article IV of these
