COUNCIL OF MINISTERS REGULATIONS No. 173/1994 COUNCIL OF MINISTERS REGULATIONS TO PROVIDE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF WANZA WOOD
CONTENTS
1. Short Title
These Regulations may be cited as the " Wanza Wood Works Enterprise Establishment Council of Ministers Regulations No. 173/1994. "
Establishment
Works Enterprise (hereinafter the " Enterprise ") as a public Enterprise.
The Enterprise shall be governed by the Public Enter prises Proclamation No. 25/1992.
3. Supervising Authority
A Body to be designated by the Government shall be the supervising authority of the Enterprise.
