This Regulation is issued by the Council of Ministers pursuant to Article 5 of the Definition of Powers and Duties of the Executive Organs of the Federal Democratic Republic o Ethiopian Commodity Exchange Proclamation No.550 / 200 (as amended).

PART ONE GENERAL
1. Short Title
This Regulation may be cited as the " Sesame and Whi Pea Beans Transaction Council of Ministers Regulati No. 178 / 2010 ”.
2. Definitions
In this Regulation, unless the context otherwise requires:
“ primary transaction centers ” means places designa for sesame or white pea beans transaction by appropriate regional organ ;
" service provider " means any person not engager sesame or white pea beans transaction and engage processing, warehousing or transporting sesame white pea beans ;
