A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE AMENDMENT ON THE ETHIO - IRAN TRADE AGREEMENT WHEREAS , there was a need to amend the Trade the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of and the Amendment was signed in Tehran on the 14th day ofFebruary 2005 ; WHEREAS , House Peoples ' NOW , THEREFORE , in accordance with constitution , it is hereby proclaimed as follows : 1. Short Title This Proclamation may be cited as the “ Amendment on the Ethio - Iran Trade Agreement Ratification Proclamation No.452 / 2005 ” 2.
