Page 3480 COUNCIL OF MINISTERS REGULATION No. 127/2006 DEBUB UNIVERSITY ESTABLISHEMNT AMENDMENT / REGULATION This regulation is issued by the Council of Ministers Pursuant to Article 5 of the Definitions of Powers and Duties of the Executive Organs of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Proclamation No. 471/2005 and Article 8 of Higher Education Proclamation No. 1. Short Title This Regulation may be cited as the “ Debub University Establishment Regulation / Amendment Council of Ministers Regulation No.127 / 2006 " . Debub University Establishment Council of Ministers Regulation No. 62/2000 is hereby amended follows : Article 1 : Debub University is renamed “ HAWASSA ” University . 3. Transfer of Rights and Duties Rights and Duties of Debub University in Regulation No. 62/2000 are hereby transferred to “ HAWASSA ” University . 4.
