Definitions
In this Regulation unless the context otherwise requires:
1 / " culture " means spiritual and material expressions of a community that has been created through historical processes and that identifies the community from others, and includes the common methods used to enrich and pass same to the next generation ;
2 / " cultural value " means the attitude, belief or feat that has been given regard by a certain community ;
3 / " cultural expression " means the material, spiritual or intellectual expressions by which a community is identified from others ;
