In accordance with Article 5 (6) of the Redefinition of powers and Responsibilities of the Provisional Military Admi nistrative Council and the Council of Ministers Proclamation No. 110/1977, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:

This Proclamation may be cited as the " Excise Taxes (Amendment) Proclamation No. 245 of 1983 ".

2. Amendment
The schedule added by Proclamation No. 160/1979 to the schedule attached to the Excise Tax Proclamation No. 204/1963, as amended, is hereby repealed and repla ced by the following new schedule:
