PROCLAMATION ON THE REPATRIATION OF
IN THE REPUBLIC OF DJIBOUTI
WHEREAS, many Ethiopians have taken refuge in the Republic of Djibouti as a result of the circumstances brought about by the aggression committed against Ethiopia

WHEREAS, the objective of the ongoing Revolution is to establish for all Ethiopians a better life based on equality, justice and freedom ;
WHEREAS, it is necessary to create conditions for the their Motherland with a view to enabling them to resume normal life and participate in the ongoing Revolution ;

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 5 (6) of the Redefinition of Powers and Responsibilities of the Pro visional Military Administrative Council and the Council of Ministers Proclamation No. 110/1977, it is hereby proclaimed as follows ;
