A PROCLAMATION TO APPROVE A LOAN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE IMPERIAL ETHIOPIAN GOVERNMENT AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA
WHEREAS, a Loan Agreement between the Imperial
