Council of Ministers Regulations
These Regulations are issued by the Council of Ministres pursuant to Article 4 (2) of the Definition of Powers and Duties of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers Proclama tion No. 2/1991 and Article 47 (1) (a) of the Public Enter prises Proclamation No. 25/1992.
These Regulations may be cited as the " Comet Transport Enterprise Establishment Council of Ministers Regulations No. 198/1994 ”.
Establishment
Enterprise (hereinafter the " Enttrprise ") as a public enterprise.
