PROCLAMATION No. 313 OF 1987
A PROCLAMATION TO PROVIDE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE
DEFENCE INDUSTRY COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the expansion and strengthening of defence industry can best be effected where conditions conducive to the

1. Short Title
This Proclamation may be cited as the " Defence Industry Commission Establishment proclamation No. 313/1987 ".
1) There is hereby established the Defence Industry
Commission (hereinafter referred to as the “ Commis sion) with the powers and duties specified herein.
