A PROCLAMATION TO APPROVE A CREDIT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PROVISIONAL MILITARY GOVERNMENT OF THE ITALIAN REPUBLIC

WHEREAS, a Credit Agreement between the Provisional Military Government of Socialist Ethiopia and the Government of the Italian Republic providing for the granting by the Go vernment of the Italian Republic to the Provisional Military Fifteen Million (15,000,000) United States Dollars to finance projects and programmes within the framework of the economic cooperation between the two countries was signed at Rome on the 8th day of February, 1980 ;
