COUNCIL OF MINISTERS REGULATION No. 200/2011 COUNCIL OF MINISTERS REGULATION TO PROVIDE FOR THE ESTMENT OF MILLENNIUM MEDICAL COLLEGE
Short Title
This Regulation may be cited as the " Saint Paul Hospital Millennium Medical College Establishment Council of Ministers Regulation No. 200/2011 ”.
Definitions
In this Regulation unless the context otherwise requires:
1 / " Proclamation " means the Higher Education Proclamation No. 650/2009 ;
2 / “ Ministry ” and “ Minister ” means the Ministry and Minister of Health, respectively ;
3 / “ provost ” means the leader of the College appointed in accordance with Article 11 (1) of this Regulation and having the required profession to also serve the College as teacher and medical practitioner ;
4 /
other definitions provided under Article 2 of the Proclamation shall be applicable ;
5 /
any expression in the masculine gender includes the feminine.
