This Regulation may be cited as the " Leather Industry Development Institute Establishment Council of Ministers Regulation No. 181/2010 ".
2. Definitions
In this Regulation:
1. " Ministry " means the Ministry of Trade and Industry ,
2, " industry " and " manufacturing activity " shall have the definitions given to them by sub - articles (11) and (12) of Article 2 of the Commercial Registration and Business Licensing
Proclamation No. 67/1997 ;
3. " production process " means sequence of operation in manufacturing activity ;
4. " leather " means rawhide or raw skin obtained form small or big animals, or rawhide or skin at
the final stage after being pickled and tanned ;
