In accordance with Article 6 of the " Definition of Powers
of the Provisional Military Administration Council and its Chair man ", Proclamation No. 2 of 1974, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:

1) This Proclankation may be cited as the “ 1969 E.C. Budget Proclamation No. 101/1976 ".
2) Under this Proclamation there is hereby appropriated from. public revenues and other funds, for the purposes and services set forth in the Schedule hereto, the amount of Ethiopian dollars 1,465,696,576 (one billion four hundred sixty five million six hundred ninety six thousand five hun dred seventy six) for the fiscal year ending 30 Sene, 1969 (7 July, 1977).
3) The Minister of Finance is hereby authorized and required, from time to time, upon the request of the Ministers or Heads of the various Governmental Departments concern ed to pay out of the public revenues and other funds the amounts appropriated for purposes and services specified herein.
4) Transfers of budgetary appropriations shall be permitted upon the following conditions:
