COUNCIL OF MINISTERS REGULATIONS TO PROVIDE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE COFFEE PROCESSING AND WAREHOUSE ENTERPRISE
2. Establishment
CONTENTS
These Regulations are issued by the Council of Ministers Pursuant to Article 4 (2) of the Definition of Powers and Duties of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers Proclama tion No. 2/1991 and Article 47 (1) (a) of the Public Enterprises Proclamation No. 25/1992.
1. Short Title
These Regulations may be cited as the " Coffee Processing and Warehouse Enterprise Establishment Council of Minis ters Regulations No. 184/1994 ".

There is hereby established the Coffee Processing and Warehouse Enterprise (hereinafter the “ Enterprise ”) as a Public Enterprise.
