WHEREAS, the Provisional Military Administration Coun cil on this 31st day of December 1974 has ratified the said De velopment Credit Agreement ;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Articles 4 and 6 of the Definition of Powers of the Provisional Military Administ
