A PROCLAMATION TO AMEND THE LABOUR PROCLAMATION

WHEREAS it has become necessary to amend the Labour Proclamation No. 42/1993 ;

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 9 (d) of the Transitional Period Charter, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
1. Short Title
This Proclamation may be cited as the " Labour (Amend ment) Proclamation No. 88/1994. "
2. Amendment
The Labour Proclamation No. 42/1993 is hereby amended by adding the following new sub - article (3)
3) The Provisions of sub - article (1) of this Article. shall not be applicable to workers who, after the termination of their contract of employment, shall be entitled for a permanent payment of pension allowance in accordance with the appropriate pension law.
3. Effective Date
This Proclamation shall enter into force on the date of its.
