This Regulation may be cited as the " Adama Science and Technology University Establishment Council of Ministers Regulation No. 237 / 2011 "
1 / The Adama Science and Technology University (hereinafter the “ University ”) is hereby established as an autonomous higher education public institution having its own legal personality.
2 / The University shall be accountable to the Ministry of Education.
3 / The University shall be governed by the Higher Education Proclamation No. 650/2009 and the Federal Universities Council of Ministers Regulation No. 210/2011.
The University shall have its main campus at Adama and may establish elsewhere other academic units and centers of research and community services.
4. Repealed Regulation
The Adama University Establishment Council of Ministers Regulation No. 120/2006 is hereby repealed.
