1. Short Title
These Regulations may be cited as the " Agricultural Inputs Supply Enterprise Establishment Ministers Regulations No. 177/1994. "

Establishment.
Supply Enterprise (hereinafter the " Enterprise ") as a Public Enterprise.
The Enterprise shall be governed by the Public Enter prises Proclamation No. 25/1992.
3. Supervising Authority
A body to be designated by the Council of Ministers shall be the supervising authority of the Enterprise.
