These Regulations are issued by the Council of Ministers Persuant to the authority vested in it by Article 4 (3) of the definition of Powers and Duties of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers Proclamation No. 2/1991 and Article 47 (1) (c) of the Public Enterprises Proclamation No. 25/1992.
1. Short Title
These Regulations may be cited as the “ Dissolution of Cer tain Public Enterprises Council of Ministers Regulations No. 126/1993. ”
2. Dissolution
The following Public Enterprises are hereby dissolved.
