PROCLAMATION NO . 282/2002
FEDERAL GOVERNMENT BUDGET PROCLAMATION WHEREAS , it has become necessary to approve and
takings by the Federal Government during the 1995 E.C.
fiscal year ;
WHEREAS , the subsidy budget that may be ap
propriated to the Regions has to be decided on the basis of the
formula developed by the House of the Federation ;
NOW , THEREFORE , in accordance with Article 55 ( 1 )
Republic of Ethiopia , it is hereby proclaimed as follows :
General
Article 1. This proclamation may be cited as the “ 1995
Fiscal Year Budget Proclamation No. 282 /

fiscal year commencing on Hamle 1 , 1994 E.C.
and ending on Sene 30 , 1995 E.C. from Federal
Government revenues and other funds for the
undertakings set forth in the Schedule hereto :
