COUNCIL OF MINISTERS REGULATIONS TO PROVIDE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF
These Regulations are issued by the Council of Ministers pursuant to Article 4 (2) of the Definition of Powers and Duties of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers Proclamation No. 2/1991 and Article 46 (1) (a) of the Public Enterprises Proclamation No. 25/1992.
CONTENTS
These Regulations may be cited as the " Commercial Bank of Ethiopia Establishment Council of Ministers Regulations No. 202/1994 ”.

There is hereby established the Commercial Bank of
Without prejudice to the applicablity of Monetary and Banking laws, the bank shall be governed by the Public Enterprises Proclamation No. 25/1992.
3. Supervising Authority
A body to be designated by the Government shall be the supervising authority of the bank.
