2. Establishment
1) Addis Ababa University (hereinafter the " University ") is hereby re - established as an autonomous higher education public institution having its own legal personality.
2) The University shall be accountable to the Ministry of Education.
3) The University shall be governed by the Higher Education Proclamation No. 650/2009 and the Federal Universities Council of Ministers Regulation No. 210./2011.
