These Regulations are issued by the Council of Ministers Pursuant to Article 4 (2) of the Definition of Powers and Duties
No. 2/1991 and Article 47 (1) (a) of the Public Enterprises Proclamation No. 25/1992.
1. Short Title
These Regulations may be cited as the " Poultry Develop ment Enterprise Establishment Council of Ministers Regu lations No. 138/1993. ”
2. Establishment
a) There is hereby established a Public Enterprise to be known as the Poultry Development Enterprise (here inafter the " Enterprise ").
b) The Enterprise shall be governed by the Public Enter prises Proclamation No. 25/1992.
3. Supervising Authority
A body to be designated by the government shall be the Supervising Authority of the Enterprise.
