COUNCIL OF MINISTERS REGULATIONS No. 130/1993 COUNCIL OF MINISTERS REGULATIONS TO PROVIDE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF UPPER AWASH AGRO - INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE
1. Short Title
These regulations may be cited as the " Upper Awash Agro Industrial Enterprise Establishment Council of Ministers Regulations No. 130/1993.

a) There is hereby established a Public Enterprise to be known as the Upper Awash Agro - Industrial Enterprise (hereinafter the " Enterprise ").
b) The Enterprise shall be governed by the Public Enter prises Proclamation No. 25/1992.
3. Supervising Authority
A body to be designated by the government shall be the Supervising Authority of the Enterprise.
