ELECT OF GOD, EMPEROR OF ETHIOPIA WHEREAS, a Credit Agreement up to the amount of four million three hundred thousand U.S. dollars (U.S. $ 4,3000,000) to finance the purchase of machinery, equipment and related services for a plant for the manufacture of paper and paper Paper Share Company, as Borrower, and the Export - Import Bank of Washington, as Lender; and
WHEREAS, the guarantee of the Empire of Ethiopia is. required as a condition to the effectiveness of said Credit Agreement ;
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the provisions of Article 30, 34, 88 and 119 of Our Revised Constitution We approve the resolutions of Our Senate and Chamber of Depu ties and We hereby proclaim as follows:
