Page 296 PROCLAMATION NO . 56 / 1996 A PROCLAMATION TO RATIFY THE ETHIO AUSTRIAN DEVELOPMENT COOPERATION AGREEMENT | WHEREAS , the Agreement on Development Cooperation ያፈራላዊ መንግሥት መካከልእኤአሜይ፳፬ ቀን ፲፱፻፵ | between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the , Federal Republic of Austria was signed in Vienna on the 29th 1 day of May , 1996 , WHEREAS , the House of Peoples ' Representatives of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has ratified said Agreement at its session held on the 17th day of December , NOW , THEREFORE , in accordance with Article 55 sub Articles ( 1 ) and ( 12 ) of the Constitution , it is hereby proclaimed as follows : 1 .
