COUNCIL OF MINISTERS REGULATIONS No. 191/1994 COUNCIL OF MINISTERS REGULATIONS TO PROVIDE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF BEKELCHA TRANSPORT ENTERPRISE
1. Short Title
The Regulations may be cited as the " Bekelcha Trans port Enterprise Establishment Council of Ministers Regu lations No. 191/1994 ”.
2. Establishment
Enterprise (hereinafter the " Enterprise ") as a Pub lic Enterprise.

The Enterprise shall be governed by the Public Enter prises Proclamation No. 25/1992.
3. Supervising Authority
A body to be designated by the Government shall be the supervising authority of the Enterprise.
