WHEREAS, an Agreement between the Imperial Ethio
America to the Imperial Ethiopian Government of a loan to the amount of five million eight hundred thousand Unit ed States dollars (U.S. $ 5,800,000) to finance the procure ment of commodities and services, and the payment of cer tain Local Currency costs, in the Malaria Eradication Pro gramme was signed at Addis Ababa on the 23rd day of October, 1967; and

WHEREAS, said Loan Agreement has been submitted to Our Chamber of Deputies and Senate for their approval; and WHEREAS, We on this 31st day of May, 1968 have ratified said Loan Agreement ;
NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 30, 34, 88 and 119 of Our Revised Constitution, We approve the resolutions of Our Chamber of Deputies and Senate and We hereby proclaim as follows:
