These Regulations are issued by the Minister of Labour and Social Affairs pursuant to authority vested in him by Article 110 of the Labour Proclamation No. 64/1975, as amended.

Short Title
These Regulations may be cited as the " Work Permit Fees Regulations No. 51/1977 ”.
Definitions
In this Proclamation:
1 / " Ministry " shall mean the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs.
2 / " Work Permit " shall mean a permit issued pursuant to the Labour Proclamation No. 64/1975, as amen ded, to foreign nationals entitling them to work in
Amount of Work Permit Fees
The Ministry shall charge and collect work permit fees in the following manner:
