Short Title These Regulations may be cited as the " Dissolution of the Tea Development and Marketing Enterprise Council of Ministers Regulations No 31/1998 . " Dissolution The Tea Development and Marketing Enterprise established by the Council of Ministers No. 152/1993 is hereby dissolved . Transfer of Rights and Obligations The rights and obligations of the Tea Development and Marketing Enterprise are hereby transferred to the following Enterprises : 1 ) the Production and Marketing Enterprise established by the Council of Ministers Regulations No. 28/1998 ; 2 ) the Gumaro Tea Development Enterprise established by the Council of Ministers Regulations No. 29/1998 and ; 3 ) the Wush Wush Tea Development Enterprise es tablished by the Council of Ministers Regulations No , Effective Date These Regulations shall enter into force on the date of their Done at Addis Ababa , this 20 day of February .
