This Regulation may be cited as the " Mekelle University Re - establishment Council of Ministers Regulation No. 233/2011 ”.
Establishment
1 / The Mekelle University (hereinafter the " University ") is hereby re - established as an autonomous higher education public institution having its own legal personality.
2 / The University shall be accountable to the Ministry of Education.
3 / The University shall be governed by the Higher Education Proclamation No. 650/2009 and the Federal Universities Council of Ministers Regulation No. 210/2011.
