1970 E.C. Budget Proclamation..
In accordance with Article 5, sub - articles (2) and (6) of the Redefinition of the Powers and Responsibilities of the Provisional
Proclamation No. 110 of 1977, it is hereby proclaimed as
PROCLAMATION No. 125 OF 1977
1) This Proclamation may be cited as the “ 1970 E.C. Budget
BUDGET PROCLAMATION FOR THE GOVERNMENT SERVICES

2) Under this Proclamation there is hereby appropriated from public revenues and other funds, for the purposes and services set forth in the Schedule hereto, the amount of Birr 1,600,937,054 (one billion six hundred million nine hundred thirty seven thousand fifty four) for the fiscal year ending 30 Sene, 1970 (7 July, 1978).
3) The Minister of Finance is hereby authorized and required, from time to time, upon the request of the Ministers or Heads of the various Governmental Departments concern ed to pay out of the public revenues and other funds the amounts appropriated for purposes and services specified herein.
4) Transfers of budgetary appropriations shall be permitted upon the following conditions:
