Short Title These Regulations may be cited as the “ Repeal of Sur on Imported Goods Council of Ministers Regulations No. 69/2001 . ” 2. Repeal Payement of Sur - Tax on Imported Goods Council of Ministers Regulations No. 59/1999 is hereby repealed . 3. Effective Date These Regulations shall enter into force as of the 30 ' ' day of January 2001 .
